The Dallas Zoo To Do theme for 2017 was “Animal Gathering”. To bring this theme to life in the invitation design, custom animal illustrations were paired with a bright and bold color palette. With so many textural elements included in the design, actual texture was added in print production giving the invitation an additional surprise element. The invitations were mailed out to the Dallas Zoo donors in bright magenta envelopes ahead of the big night.
