In the U.S., approximately 130,000 people are living with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Since IPF can share symptoms with other respiratory and cardiovascular illnesses, it is frequently misdiagnosed. To bring awareness to this disease, Genentech wanted to create a short animated video shedding light on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. It was accompanied by a blog post shared on their website as well as their social channels during IPF Awareness Month.
