HealthCare.gov “Here For You” Campaign

 
 

Every year, from November 1st to January 15th, millions of uninsured Americans can enroll in affordable, quality health coverage at HealthCare.gov. Most people are not aware that they can enroll in a health plan at HealthCare.gov during the rest of the year if they lose their health insurance due to a ‘qualifying life event’. This memorable and fully integrated campaign was created to help their audience remember the different QLE’s by song and drive enrollment year-round for those who qualify. Media placements included TV, radio, out-of-home, and digital media.

Despite policy changes to make health insurance more affordable, millions of uninsured Americans still believed it was too expensive to enroll in health insurance. For HealthCare.gov’s Open Enrollment campaign, real customers told from their stories and experiences finding a health plan with HealthCare.gov. Hand-drawn elements, including real customer signatures, paired with slice-of-life photography, communicated a sense of confidence, personality and warmth. Media placements included TV, radio, out-of-home, and digital media.
